Shipping policy

Dispatch from the UK and Hong Kong

We fulfil from UK stock first when your chosen piece is available there. We aim to dispatch UK orders within 24 hours and orders from our Hong Kong warehouse within 48 hours, once payment is confirmed and the item is ready to ship. Dispatch time is separate from delivery time.

If UK stock has sold out, we can arrange replenishment from Hong Kong or discuss direct shipment from Hong Kong with you. Please allow approximately one week for the direct Hong Kong option, subject to the destination, courier service and customs clearance. We will confirm the expected timing and any additional delivery charges with you before proceeding. Please contact us if you prefer to cancel an unshipped order rather than wait.

Delivery services and charges

UK shipments may travel with Royal Mail or another available courier. Direct Hong Kong shipments may use UPS, DHL or another available service. Options depend on the destination and availability; a named courier is not guaranteed for every order.

Available delivery charges are displayed at checkout before payment. If checkout does not offer delivery to your address, please contact us for a quotation before ordering. For urgent orders or a preferred courier, please contact us first.

International delivery times can be affected by customs. Please contact us before ordering if you need confirmation of any import duties or taxes applicable to your destination.

Packaging

Every scarf includes a complimentary pouch and gift tissue wrapping, protected in a standard mailer box. Signature gift boxes and paper bags are optional and charged separately. Please contact us before ordering to confirm the presentation and price. See our packaging page for details.
